I wouldn't bother with ASX just yet - all they seem to do is slap people on the wrist, where as ASIC are [usually] far more effective (it's their "raison d'être" after all); they'll even come back to you with the details of the broker involved! Best of all, they have a wall of shame on their website for those that have been busted before. Probably one of the few perks of working in such a dull role: ratting out the baddies.

There's also a link on their website if you feel like dropping them a note yourself - more the merrier I say. There's strength in numbers!
