Sydney - Monday - August 6: (RWE Australian Business News) - Cool or Cosy Ltd (ASX:COS) today warned that, after a restructure of the business operations in Queensland which resulted in the relocation of the Grants Airconditioning subsidiary, it was taking a $1.1m writedown. The company said the goodwill value on its last financial report was no longer supported by the current performance of the Grants business and it was unable to separately justify the carrying value of the amount, which had now been reduced to zero. This writedown will have an impact on the result for the year ended June 30.
