Good find. Paypal apparently ended their 'Pay for Delivery' service in Australia back in March 2018 (source), and now re-introducing it (got email from Paypal yesterday too) hoping to get a slice of BNPL pie, although IMHO it is not as attractive to buyers as APT (as@Kiwi trader already pointed out).
