    90c is pretty unlikely right now. The merger would put GXY's current MC of 616.5m up by another 240m which is 850m. Thus 90c would be a market cap of 1.7b which is doubtful right now. Even PLS and ORE haven't been able to maintain being their market cap to be above 1b. 60c seems more likely be years end.
