Agreed. This one is a long-termer (takeovers not-withstanding). I'm looking as far as 3-5 years out from today. If you look at the share performance history, the last couple of weeks have been very unusual in terms of downward SP movement. The share is still tracking well within normal bands however.

There is good news on the horizon, it is just a matter of time, and my guess is that management are waiting till very close to merger to announce, so the market greets it (the merger) very positively.
