    I think everyone is missing my point _ I am not talking about the 1.1 because if every holder takes it up its not dilutive.

    HOWEVER there is over 1.2 billion dollars worth of new shares to non shareholders who can sell for a profit. THIS IS NEW shares and dilutive to the rest of us current holders
