Certainly looks like it Hibba, can't really understand why however as I am absolutely convinced there is considerable activity going on in the background and abroad.
Maybe the first news of any such progress will lift Market Capitalisation (and therefore SP) back to a more reasonable level.
Current market volatility un-nerves even some of the most hardened traders though. So imagine what how one or two CXY followers who aren't so tough behave in their stock trading.
