I also changed my vote. Even though I still THINK cash flow from fonda will be enough to fund PhIII with Tranche 1 and SPP, I don't know it for sure until next year. We don't even know the current sales, leave alone future sales.

I'm not taking the risk of threatening the trial for the sake of avoiding dilution from Tranche 2.
