Blue Wiggle Anthony Field has finally sold his waterfront house at Drummoyne after it first hit the market more than a year ago. Although agent Frank Colacicco of Laing + Simmons Drummoyne isn't talking, the three-level, six-bedroom house is understood to have sold for close to $4.8 million. The property, on 566 square metres, was first listed in March last year through another agent with a price guide in the high $4 million range.

Back then the market for waterfront properties was much softer than it is now. It was relisted late last month with Colacicco, who sold it within a few days. Field bought the property for $3.6 million in 2005.
