the price is in the 5's because of the pilot deal. not in spite of it , a simple one display home getting built would have sent this into blue sky, the BS being peddled is not going unnoticed and anyone who understands even simple deals knows this for what it truly is, and its a major concern.
When it first happened i said this would bleed the price, it was obvious.
