Fundamentally I think this could be a good business, if:
1. We get QVT to ask Mark and Ken to stand down. They are paid far too much and this half yearly shows they deliver far too little. TZ based on the financials is on the brink of going under.
2. We try and get PDT sold, alleviate some short term pain and right size the business to TZI.
3. Get a tech savvy leader on board...standard package with big rewards based on achievement
4. Focus far more on IXP, less resource heavy, much bigger market, sustainable competitive advantage

Of course none of this will probably happen and TZ will have folded by Christmas...
