    I think you guys are missing two things:-

    1) PDT is usefull for makig use of our patents.... once we are in a position to do so.

    2) a lot of contracts might be awarded in the next 12 months... a burgeoning snowball of them actually.

    Okay so I suppose the comeback will be we've heard about the burgeoning contracts before... but the GFC effects only last so long.
