Why would you sell this gem, I have an average entry price of 25 cents, with many on hand.
Although, I think there is a bit a takeover premium in the current share price; PNA will most probably start paying a 4 cent dividend next year (16% yield on my entry) rising steadily over the next few over years. You then end up with a stock that has great growth potential and paying a great yield - if your entry is at a great discount to current.
What more can you want!
