I think that should be the least of our concerns. And in any case, everyone knew when the meeting was on, would know what the resolutions are, and how to vote on them.
Reality is - if RGN1 doesn't "work", it won't matter who is running the company. If RGN1 is a success, it won't matter who is running the company. (confident that lots will disagree with me on that comment!).
