I wouldn't be surprised if Brookfield has done enough to get the deal over the line (with a few instos rolling their shares into the bid).
Either way, the final vote count will be super interesting, see where the gamesmanship has been (e.g. delaying the vote, saying that the votes were at 70%, revisiting the bid due to CIS etc)
