When an on market takeover at $1 was launched for SMR a few years back, some minor shareholders held out and prevented compulsory acquisition. Despite the doomsayers of the day, we’ve gone on to do quite nicely.
Im banking on the same thing happening here. If this company is worth more than the sum of its parts, flogging to whole thing off is not the only way to realise that value for shareholders.
