"Copper Strike appears to offer exceptional value predominantly through
Chloe and the other adjacent high grade zinc deposits. Whilst only at the
feasibility stage, our valuations are based on conservative assumptions, and
show the company to offer one of the highest values of any of the gold and
copper companies modelled.

Recommendation and Valuation

We commence coverage of Copper Strike with a BUY recommendation
predicated on the high valuation, and strong upside potential particularly
from the Chloe ore body.

Long Term(>12 month): buy
