You may also want to have a look at other non-recurring / once off CER will incur this year that they didn't last year & then you will understand why it is unlikely that they will pay a 2c full year distribution this year.

A 1-2c distribution in June 2010 is NOT a certainty. A distribution is very likely, but I think you're a bit optimistic!
