Thats incorrect

Distributions were paid from distributable profit, which added back non-recurring and non-cash items

This used to come to around 13c per year

Refer to 29/08/08 CER FY08 results ann and pg 22 of presentation on that same day

CER mentioned that This was a more appropriate reflection of CER’s underlying performance from its property ownership operations

Although there wasnt a dividend paid from "distributable profit" for FY08, it was from dist profit that distributions were made.
