It's all about timing. GC et al need time to drain every drop of milk from this cow and that will take time. By the time it's over they will be kicking back in some tax haven having emptied out all of the hapless naive shareholders funds. My bet is that sooner or later they will have a "crack" at a CR just in case they can sqeeeeeeeze a bit extra from the bunny's. I love the way they prefix the project with "world class" tag. The only thing that gets near to that tag is the resource itself but every other aspect of this project is a treasure trove of horrors. Primitive backwater 4th world countries with zero infrastructure, zero financing capabilities, zero expertise and the ever present risks of political, religious and health disasters awaiting.
