Understand where you are coming from Cab, and I guess we need to understand if they did open up the CR to us shareholders would they get the the same or better result in uptake? not sure. Can we afford not to have the investors kick in $1.2m ? Also not sure.....
Personally, I think they should have gone both ways to get a feel for the open market as well as having the investors on board, but I know I wouldnt invest anymore without some form of future vision and what their grand plans are.
