agree, but don't you think it's a bit too early to raise the money now? and if this is what you think (potential placement) then s/p should go higher rather then lower.
Imo, one of the simple indicator for the future direction of MHM s/p is the option, if you looked at last year chart when it was below 50/60c, MHMO was at premium. When it went over $1 then MHMO was at discount. Currently MHMO is at premium.
