Nahh I think it has room to move down a little before big accumulators take in some more shares. They have to do it in a trading range in order to accumulate larger amounts then straight out buying. Perhaps waiting for a slow decline is too slow. A trading range would help give the stock a bit of liquidity to soak up shares in both directions.
