Odd? Dont think so, KS are sponsoring 1 event, they most likely offered to do this as a means of marketing their business to prospective clients. (i.e. fill in a registration card to eneter, KS brokers will call you shortly after to market their service).
The rest of the roadshow is for other brokers and institutions. Im sure if any other broker offered to pay for a venue in other states then MHM would be happy to oblige. Its not as if theyre favouring 1 broker over another.
