    I dont push drugs and I take offence at that suggestion.

    I am merely supplying real world experience.

    Sugar is an addictive substance and the human brain treats in much the same way as it does other highly addictive drugs.
    Have you not been watching and reading the news about sugar and obesity.
    Its your tax dollars going into the public health system. Sugar causes the body to store fat by screwing with metabolic functioning.
    It also screws with insulin use and production.
    I have had quite long discussions with professionals about this whole subject.
    By the way I have never been obese and have always been fairly fit, swimming 2k several times a week and walking 5 to 6k a couple of times a week.
