I was only going from the article on etrade, they said $1.3B. I will have to research it a bit more...
It is true that they haven't been buying up for a while, in fact, they have been selling off some large sections. But I am of the view of Spiderman; I think they see the market as overpriced and are timing their acquisitions.
They have some pretty strict guidelines behind their purchases. These guidelines have worked extremely well for them in the past, so why would they stray from them now???
I can't see any reason to sell them when they have such solid assets, they are cashed up, and they are paying a very good yield (not that I'm a yield chaser).
