For EBIT:
We know from the William Buck IER that SEQ's EBIT is approx. $2m
We know that MWS had an EBIT loss of approx. $1.2m in FY14 (note 1H15 includes a lot of one off transaction costs for MWS)

So normalised EBIT estimate = $2.0m -$1.2m + $1.2m = $2.0m
So this obviously does not include any revenue synergies = ie SEQ clients doing their share trading transactions through MWS, and MWS clients buying SEQ services.
Obviously it will take a while for a clean set of financials to reflect this, and in the meantime, there is the execution risk of actually achieving this, and to be honest I probably should have waited until things are clearer. However, an opportunity arose in that big sell down to acquire a decent chunk at 0.2c, which I considered an OK entry point given the substance of the business - $1.3b FUA). Happy to pick up more once things are clearer, or there is an attractive capital raising.
