Life presents circumstances ... the unknown variable is how humans respond to these circumstances. I could see that perhaps 1/3 of US builders are reacting and adapting and will do well and that many of the 2/3 are not adapting to changed circumstances and may not have even done that well during more bouyant times. Ahhh Mr Darwin, you've done it again lol.
