1.4 cent buyer waiting for scardy cats

    I noticed Today that a 500,000 buyer was there early at 1.4 cents. A Scardy Cat threw 500,000 RBM to that Buyer, then some time later the 500,000 Buyer re-appeared at 1.4 Cents.
