with an egm next week to vote for a spp at 2 cents i'm perplexed as to how the company will raise any funds with the shareprice trading at a 30% discount.
or will they just get the underwritten dollars?
will the SPP get a yes vote anyway?
or will a big investor save the day?
has the VC deal fizzled? been delayed? being renegotiated?
$1m owed for the IP, where will the money come from?
interesting couple of weeks ahead thats for sure - waiting and watching
