What a doctrine of convenience. One situation when talking people into being guinea pigs then dismissing them as dying anyway disposables when the device fails to save them.

This is a big loser. You are obviously an insider and need to forgive and forget when tragedy strikes. If I had my way I would halt all trials and order a Coroner's investigation away from certain people who may have something to gain from the product succeeding other than saving lives.
