Check out share sale agreements - Credit Suisse agreement refers to an initial purchase price of $1.45 but the Perennial one has an initial purchase price of $1.50 or $1.60 (surprise, surprise it is difficult to read but it's definitely not $1.45).
So, were TPG prepared to pay Perennial more? What does it mean for other holders....
