When they announce their partner, and show the market they have funding to mine, the share price should start reflecting a multi-billion dollar project. 10 times the current value will do me. Note that the quoted 20yr mine life will likely double based on extending the exploration target.
Then you throw in two other projects in Snake Well and Earaheedy. It's there in black and white, just need to prove it to the market with cold hard investment cash. Smart money has already moved in and holding.
