does a major shareholder need to be invited to an egm?
is it their own responsibilty to get there / follow a company's announcements?
not having a go Priest, I honestly dont know the answer.
if major shareholders must be invited (and he/she wasnt) then this is not at all good and results from egm must surely be annulled?
