Ok I take this 1.4c placement as a sign the jv with Sentry is not going to go through...

Why place at 1.4 when the jv was less then a month off and looking positive they could have held out or even notified these sophisticated investor of it's impending sign off. and if it was going to go through there is an absolute almsot certainty the s/p will jump north and they could issue a placement for a much higher price.

fellas i think it is game over for these fellas and the sentry mod.
