topdawg, they will not need to capital raise for a while. As far as I am aware they have enough cash to last them for initial drilling for the phosphate and coal until the options expiry in April next year which would see another $10 million for further drilling to JORC and pre-feasibility. From what I gather in various announcements is that they would be seeking a JV for the setting up of the CSM/Power station.
