From my contacts with IK, there is no plan for a capital raising anytime soon. First, they have enough cash to carry out current and planned exploration and drilling campains, i.e.,Charters Towers gold, Mt. Mulligan CSM and Barkly phosphate. Second, given the current share price and credit environment, it dosen't make any sense to do a CR, before they come up with some decent news.

However, IK is keeping a "firm eye" on the oppies, as they "represent Mantle’s future." "All 3 projects will see announcements with timings that independently support a lead into the April oppies." (Quoted here are his own words.)
