Although I was hoping that the access agreement would come out as soon as possible, it didn't happen so far.
However, given the current market conditions, it could be good news that the access is still in progress, rather than falling on deaf's ears.
As IK said,"as for Mulligan the overall timing is good for both the April oppies and more time for the credit markets to stabilise."
Anyway, I will hold till the end.
