    well, like I keep saying, MNM doesn't have Mt Mulligan yet and it hasn't proved up a phosphate resource. So there is no coal or phosphate resource at this stage. When/if those resources are in MNM's hands then we will see a SP to reflect it. I find it hard to believe there is any conspiracy.
