There's quite a spread in analyst forecasts ($15 to $21 target prices with average $19 to $20 depending upon who does the averaging).
It'll all dependent on the price they get for the 49%, but this will force a re-assessment and the spread of analyst targets will narrow. If they get $1.5B for 49% ... I'm thinking SP will move well north of $20 ... but its odd how some analysts/investors value cash on the balance sheet before its used.
MIN have a good record of using it for value creating developments - I want them to invest it (not return it to shareholders). My bet is that they'll reinvest it and get ~25%ROI as they've been achieving ... but I bet some analysts value it at only BBSW!
