They are likely to just avoid your question by saying that the independent expert will look at it and Stellar will follow their recommendation.

Plus of course just re stating the very weak arguments they have already made. All this will soak up time though when pressure could be being applied to scrap the deal or gather support to vote it down.

The company are not going to ask the expert unless they think they are going to get the answer they want. Had the same pantomime at Gip till it was stopped due to quote Gandel ...a rumour-based campaign mounted by certain Gippsland shareholders against the proposal...

If people want to ask questions though maybe someone should start a question thread as i can think of a few myself.

Whatever it takes to stop this disastrous deal.
