Good observation, but you seem to indicate the deal does not benefit either party.
I think it will be much easier to have the project financed and actually think it a good move for the project to proceed quickly.
As to the percentages of SRZ going to GIP, they should be happy, getting in addition 1-2% royalties of future production. SRZ could have done better for their shareholders, but we probably don’t know everything there is to the deal.
