    In the last paragraph on page 3 of ALZ's 2009 Full Year Results PDF available on the ASX website, ALZ will look for approval at the AGM in April to undertake a five into one consolidation of the group's staped securities to reduce the significant number of securities on offer following the recent entitlement offers.

    Being one of the many retail investors who invests in ALZ (amongst others) for income, I am very disappointed with this news.

    Prior to reading the above I was very positive on this stock and I had planned to hold it for the long-term, but now I'm not so sure.

    Anyone out there care to comment on this development?
