See this is where you can use most facts to create an argument for either side. I own a business making real estate signs. Stock levels are low, yes. But from what i see in my business it because agents are listing and selling stock in a matter of days. Making the agents, at least some of which i deal with, a lot of money. Given i get raw data from listing sign up to sign down with a sold sticker on it, i estimate one agent made in excess of $100k last month. And the agents who normally dont list many are up on there average listings and selling them quickly. Just my take
