Even if NAIF was locked up today, AUZ would struggle to fund the remaining portion in two months. There are too many hurdles for AUZ to jump through to get everything locked up by Sept 30. If SKI was serious about AUZ, they would have been much more reasonable and/or they would have renegotiated the equity purchase clause.
Note: Other than the 1 chinese offtake, CLQ has not publically stated the name of the >12 interested parties. SKI could well be one of them (although unlikely).
