The two things that cannot be disputed with CPU:
It is in a major downtrend ( If you invert the chart, most of us would be climbing over each other to get on board but, alas the chart is headed in the other direction.
Furthermore, when an analyst who is starting to build a reputation, says he is having troubles putting together an earnings forecast and places a neutral on it. The best plan is to put it in the watchlist at best and look elsewhere - IMHO.
