NXT: yes that is the main thing that is stopping me from holding this comapany I know Bevan Slattery would be one of the best in the business and he has a very strong team including Craig Scroggie who is really good with IT security and has raised net of cost $47M but as Peter Lynch says with IPO's "wait for the earnings" Beven is very good at keeping investors up to date as he was with Pipe and I would expect that if he had an idea what the earnings are going to be he would have provided guidance. Based on the presentation they released recently they said that the highly technical Data centres would return anywhere from 15% to 30% so my best guess is that they will eventually return $7M to $14 EBIT on the $47M they have raised so far. So it could be a forward PE for FY12 of 12 to 24 based on a Market Cap of currently $120M and I would say they would get closer to 30% ROC therefore the PE should be closer to 12 for FY12 once the DC's are more mature and so on but this is a very rough estimate. I think the competative advantage in this company is the expertise in management which is hard to beat and I don't think any old Joe could compete with these guys it requires serious experience and knowledge that these guys have and can retain.
