Exactly my sentiment. I looked at IPO, didn't even bother as I knew I would get none.
As it turned out it was massively oversubscribed.
Key risks: who says data centers will ALWAYS have to be in Australia?
Make that now a 60 mil for an idea, a block of land and fond memories of Pipe Networks success.
I will watch but no intention to buy at these levels.
