Just had a call from someone representing min
he asked if I received the offer and if I would except it

i told him yes I got it and used it for toilet paper
he then kept saying it was a great offer and the board agreed

I told him I’m not interested in the board and they can agree to wipe my butt with that rubbish they sent

he kept saying they offer was 7.4c based on when the offer came out


I told him to read the offer again that it wasn’t 7.4c it was 1:1300

i told him I would except double what there offering on a cash basis

they are truely getting desperate
