i do know that when a predator company makes a bid
it is usually when shareholder sentiment is vey low
due often to having been through difficult times
and the sp is trading at a very low price
in this case at about scrap value
management had doing its best to get the company positioned and on track
or it can also be when bad management have performed poorly
i think with this company it is mostly the former
i sense the makings of a turn around situation
that is why i feel we are vunerable at this time
and like many shareholders we know it is always best
if a company can do things under their own steam
but an aquirer may see a turn round occurring
more clearly and before retail would see that
and would wish to pouce at that time when the sp low
cheaper buy price and they can be seen as having made all good
they being the reason for sp then apreciating
